1.          Member completes "Membership Proposal" (Pages 1 & 2) and "Sponsor Pledge" (Page 3) forms and submits to the club secretary, membership chair, or any board member.

2.          Board reviews "Membership Proposal" - accepts or rejects.

3.     Club Secretary sends out 7-day letter. 

4.          Member is notified that proposed member may now be invited to lunch and asked to join Rotary.

5.          Sponsor coordinates orientation with proposed member and Badge Pass Chairperson.

6.          Orientation given - proposed member completes and signs the "Membership Application & Certification" (Page 4) form SPONSOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE IT GETS COMPLETED.

7.          Proposed member is inducted at next Rotary meeting and given their RED badge and badge pass packet.

8.          New member is given their BLUE badge and vest upon the completion of the badge pass process.

9.          Done
