George Kasbergen, whose name means "mountain of cheese" owns and manages Stone Ridge Dairy located 5 miles north of Mansfiel, IL. This dairy farm is the largest one in Illinois. Mr. Kasbergen deals with many challenges, such as health standards, production of methane to name a few. Each day 5 large tankers take the milk to Brownsville, WI where it is processed into high-end specialty cheese. The speaker will be introduced by Paul Davis.
