My dear brothers and sisters in Rotary!

This November, I had the opportunity to speak at the Rotary institute in Kolkata, India. The focus of this institute was on peace and the ways in which we in Rotary could work to build peace. When I received the invitation, I began to think about what I might say, knowing that with all that Rotarians do in this area, my main challenge would be keeping within the time limit!

D-5390 (Montana) has put together an excellent travel package to the May 2012 Rotary International Conference in Bangkok, Thailand (via Gate 1 Travel Agency).  Enough Rotarians from D-5390 and D-5450 (Denver and north) have already signed up to fill one bus and as of Aug.18, only 31 seats are left on the second bus.

Rotary eClub One is a fully chartered Rotary club and spending 30 minutes on their club site is a Rotary International approved make-up. Rotary International by-laws were changed in 2007 to provide for this make-up. If you have not comleted an online make-up yet, you will find it full of more Rotary information then you might typically get at a traditional meeting.
